30th Floor Views That Don’t Disappoint Positive: The biggest advantage is definitely the view. That’s actually why I chose this accommodation, and it did not disappoint. The view from the 30th floor overlooking Jumeirah Lakes is absolutely stunning! I truly loved sitting on the balcony at any time of the day or evening. You can even catch a bit of the sunrise from there. The room is quite spacious, modern, and equipped with everything you need. I appreciated the attention to detail, I even received slippers, coffee capsules, tea, and small bottles of water. The building is a 6-minute walk from the metro station, which makes it very convenient for getting around the city. I had self check-in; I just had to send a photo of my passport in advance for the security at reception, and then I accessed the room using a code. There was also a parking space available, although I didn’t use it. I appreciated that the host checked in to see if everything was alright. When I mentioned that it was a bit cold overnight, he told me to use a heater from the closet and it was brand new. Thank you for that! Negative: It was a bit difficult to find the building at first, as the correct name is Jumeirah Lakes Tower. The bathroom could use some renovation, and the bathtub did not seem very well cleaned. The pool and gym were closed, but I was informed about this in advance.

Positive: There is everything necessary for living. without exception, and it can not fail to please. Everything else that can come to mind. So I'm very happy.

Positive: The studio is an amazing cozy place with beautiful view to the lake. Althought is located next high speed road, is surprisignly quiet. There are many facilities near by such as the metro station, supermarkets and other retail shops. The studio is clean and comfortable.
